An Osteopath seeks to promote the health of natural persons and will require different forms of information, documentation and personal data for the proper execution of the profession.

In the interaction with other medical players it is possible that personal data should be transferred or exchanged.

The personal data and medical data of our patients are therefore only processed in the context of the optimization of their health. All data are also covered by professional secrecy and do not leave the practice.

 

Purposes of processing:

  • Processing with the aim of ensuring that an adequate treatment is carried out, with inclusion of monitoring and evaluation;
  • Processing with the aim of enabling the accessibility of patient and/or GP;
  • Processing with the aim of making an appointment for treatment by the patient.

  • Processing with the aim, after consent of the patient, to provide a report, reporting to a third party.

 


  1. DURATION OF PROCESSING

Stillmove GCV saves the personal and medical data at least during the duration of the treatments.

In addition, there are other obligations and protection applicable to medical records; such as professional secrecy, professional custody, etc. However, there are legitimate interests that allow the preservation of personal data to be retained until after the closure of files.

Stillmove GCV confirms that the processing of personal data will be limited to what is necessary within the framework of the legitimate interests. Stillmove GCV is bounded by medical professional secrecy, which includes personal data.

Crossuite is certified (TPM 2017). The data centers that Crossuite uses comply with the ISO27001 standard.
